We specialize in designing, producing, and supplying a wide range of high-performance machines for baking, boiling, drying, cooking, packing, weighing, filling, grinding, cutting/chopping, peeling, and washing.

No Return

All machines and equipment sold by us are non-returnable. Once the product is delivered to the buyer, it cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Check Before Accepting Delivery

• Buyers are advised to inspect the machine thoroughly at the time of delivery.
• After delivery is accepted, CI Machinery will not be responsible for any damage, defect, or issue reported later.

No Refund

We do not offer refunds on any machinery or equipment once purchased. All sales are final and irreversible.

No Exchange

Products once sold cannot be exchanged for any other model or machine.

Delivery Acceptance = Final Approval

Once the buyer or their representative signs or acknowledges the delivery, it is considered final approval of the product in good condition.

Used, Damaged, or Installed Machines Not Eligible

The following items are strictly not eligible for return under any circumstances:

• Used machines
• Installed machines
• Modified equipment
• Machines damaged due to mishandling

Custom-Made Machines

All customized or special-order machines are strictly non-returnable under all conditions.
