Thank you for shopping with Cimachinery.com. Please read the following terms carefully. By accepting delivery, you agree to all terms listed below.
The following terms constitute the complete and final agreement between the Buyer and the Seller. All acceptance rules are final and binding.
All machinery and related goods are sold strictly with no return, no refund, and no exchange.
Once delivery is acknowledged by the Buyer or the Buyer's representative, the transaction is considered final.
All goods are supplied in their present condition without any warranty or guarantee—express or implied. The Buyer assumes full responsibility for suitability, use, performance, and results.
Receipt of goods constitutes full and unconditional acceptance. No objections raised after delivery will be entertained under any circumstances.
The Buyer must inspect and test the goods before or at the moment of delivery. Post-delivery issues—including defects, dissatisfaction, malfunction, or performance complaints—will not be accepted.
All transporters, carriers, and delivery partners are independent of the Seller. They hold no liability for damage, delays, or claims. Any transit-related concern must be taken up directly with the carrier.
Once delivery is confirmed, no claims, complaints, adjustments, replacements, or refunds will be entertained.
The Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold the Seller harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from the Buyer’s use, installation, resale, or operation of the goods.
This transaction is governed under the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India. All disputes shall be exclusively handled by courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
These terms form the complete and final agreement. No modification is valid unless formally signed by both parties in writing.
